Sober Celebrations

Recent studies show that alcohol harms the development of the adolescent brain (check out research links below).  Help discourage underage drinking by:

• Being a role model: show tweens and teens that not all adult parties need alcohol to be fun
• Telling tweens, teens, and young adults that you care about their brains!
• Explaining why underage drinking is harmful
• Making sure your rules and consequences about underage drinking are clear, especially during the holidays
